NN Inc. possess a very diverse range of precision machining capabilities to have the ability to optimally design a process to meet many different application requirements. Components processing can range from simple single step processing to complex multi-step processing that can included multiple turning and grinding steps, heat treating, coating, and cleaning. Process design depends on tolerances, material selection, and other application specific requirements that are unique to each application.
