JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., Aug. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — NN, Inc., (NASDAQ: NNBR) a diversified industrial company, today announced that the Company has successfully completed its previously announced divestiture of the Precision Bearing Components Group (PBC) to Tsubaki Nakashima, Co., Ltd., for $375 million in cash.
