President & Chief Executive Officer
Harold Bevis joined NN in 2023 as President and Chief Executive Officer. He was previously the CEO, President, and Director of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc., where he served for nine years. He has spent half his professional career in public companies and half in private, and brings 30+ years of leadership experience to NN, the majority of which was spent as a CEO, President and Director of various global manufacturing companies. Mr. Bevis began his career at General Dynamics, where he worked on several strategic defense systems, including Star Wars, as well as the Space Shuttle program. He held senior positions at Booz Allen, GE, Emerson Electric, and other manufacturing technology companies, and helped shepherd two start-up ventures into existence. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and served as a long-term volunteer for the Special Olympics Association. Mr. Bevis earned an Industrial Engineering degree from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Columbia Business School.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Christopher H. Bohnert was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NN, Inc. in June 2024, and has over 30 years’ global manufacturing experience in the automotive, consumer goods and food ingredient industries. His experience includes a heavy focus on process improvement across business and finance operations, and brings seasoned leadership in corporate finance and accounting, capital markets and investor relations, treasury, and information technology to the NN team. Prior to joining NN, he served as advisor to the CEO at Commercial Vehicle Group (“CVGI”), and from October 2020 to September 2022 he served as CVGI’s Chief Financial Officer. He has held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer with manufacturers including Calumet Specialty Products (CLMT), Titan International (TWI), Silgan Plastics and AB Mauri Fleischmann’s. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant in Missouri (inactive status). Mr. Bohnert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Economics, and Accountancy from the University of Missouri and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of South Carolina.
Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Tim French joined NN in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer. He is a seasoned senior level executive with more than 35 years of hands on manufacturing experience. Over the last 15 years He has held CEO, President, COO and Vice President of Operations positions at various companies as well as being the senior operations leader at two company turnarounds. As the COO of a greenfield company, he was instrumental in the development of a global manufacturing business helping it grow from inception to $1.4 Billion in revenue, with 34 facilities in 7 countries and more than 4,000 employees. During his tenure he also led the turnaround of multiple underperforming facilities and the integration of several profitable acquisitions creating significant enterprise value for shareholders. Tim holds an Advanced Graduate Diploma Management and has an MBA.
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Jami A. Statham joined NN as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in 2024. She previously served as Deputy General Counsel of a large Tier 1 automotive supplier. Ms. Statham began her career as an attorney in private practice as an associate with Clark Hill PLC from 2008 to 2014, where she was most recently a member of the Corporate and multidisciplinary Automotive practice groups. In 2014, she left private practice to become an in-house attorney, and has held roles of increasing responsibility with various Tier 1 automotive suppliers. She has extensive experience navigating complex supply chain issues, litigation, contract negotiations, and implementing and overseeing compliance programs. Ms. Statham earned both her BA and JD from Wayne State University.
Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
D. Gail Nixon joined NN in 2007 and was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2018. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources and has held multiple HR leadership roles within the company. Ms. Nixon began her career in the non-profit sector, and from 2000-2007, she held various accounting and human resources positions with a multi-state healthcare organization, ultimately serving as its corporate human resources director. Ms. Nixon is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources designations. Ms. Nixon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University.
President Asia Pacific Region
Paul Wang joined NN in 2024 as President, Asia Pacific Region. He has worked for both Fortune 500 and small-cap companies, and has held roles at such firms as International Paper, Owens-Corning, PPG Industries, and DuPont. Most recently, Paul served as the Vice President, Asia Pacific for Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. With over 30 years’ experience in Asia, Paul builds high-performance, results-focused work teams to grow business and profits through operational excellence, customer intimacy, high-end segmentation, and government/policy agility. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Taiwan University, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State, a Master of Science in Material Sciences and Engineering from MIT, and an MBA from MIT. He is fluent in three languages and is experienced in Total Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer
Timothy M. Erro joined NN as its Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer in 2025, bringing over 30 years of global leadership in sales, business development, and strategic growth across automotive, electrical, and industrial markets. Prior to joining NN, he served as VP of Global Sales at Commercial Vehicle Group, where he led a $1B growth strategy, expanded into new markets, and drove consistent year-over-year revenue and customer win rate growth. Mr. Erro has held senior roles at various OEM and Tier 1 firms, with a proven track record in launching new products, developing high-performance teams, and driving commercial excellence. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University and is a U.S. Navy veteran.
Chief Technical Officer - Electrical, Defense & Medical
Moe Farhat joined NN as its Chief Technical Officer – Electrical, Defense & Medical in 2025, bringing 20 years’ design and product development expertise to the organization. Prior to joining NN, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Commercial Vehicle Group, where he managed all development activity in their electrical design and prototype centers. Mr. Farhat has held roles of increasing responsibility and market focus at such firms as Sumitomo, Rigaku, and Flex. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University.
Chief Technical Officer - Machining
Rob Esch joined the company in 2003 and was appointed Chief Technical Officer – Machining in 2025. Mr. Esch began his career with the company as part of its apprenticeship program, and has progressed steadily through the company’s engineering and technical ranks via focused assignments in the company’s manufacturing facilities in the US, Poland, and France. He previously served as Group Director of Business Development for Mobile Solutions in 2022, followed by Vice President of Technology in 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.
Vice President Global Operations
Jeff Tritapoe joined NN in 2024 as its Vice President, Global Operations. His diverse manufacturing background encompasses plastics, textiles, metal forming, and fabrication industries. Jeff has served in a variety of senior operational leadership positions for both public and private companies, most recently as the Chief Operations Officer/Transformation Officer for Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee Space Institute. Jeff has attained Black Belt and DFSS certifications, and has extensive experience in Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Toyota Production System, and Six Sigma processes.
Chief Information Officer & Chief Information Security Officer
Gregg Cottage joined NN in 2014, and was appointed Chief Information Officer & Chief Information Security Officer in 2025. He has over 30 years’ IT experience in progressive roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies and their subsidiaries. His roles at NN include serving as Global IT Infrastructure Manager and Global Director, Information Technology before being promoted to his current position. Mr. Cottage holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has earned his Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) certification.
