Equipment range from mechanical multi-spindle screw machines, rotary transfer machines multiple types of CNC turning and mills. We have experience with high or low volume, simple or complex, made from many different metals alloy includes high and low carbon steel, stainless steels , aluminum and copper alloys.

Mechanical Multi-Spindle Screw Machine


NN Inc has 6 and 8 spindle cam operated screw machines are ideal for high volume component requirements.  Special features like cross holes, threading, slot milling, polygon cutting, and more are available.

  • Diameter: up to 20mm
  • Length: up to 100mm

  • OD: – +/- 0.020 mm
  • ID: +/- 0.020 mm
  • Position : 0.030mm

Tighter tolerance can be achieved depending on datums and designs. Screw machines produced parts complete or a blank for a multiple step process flow.

Multi-Spindle CNC Screw Machine


NN Inc has 6 and 8 spindle with both a fixed or sliding head stock CNC Multi-spindle crew machines. This machine are ideal for high volume components with a high number of features. Special features like cross holes, threading, slot milling, and more are available.

CNC Swiss Machine


NN Inc CNC Swiss machine are generally bar feed with 1 or 2 spindles. This type of machine are capable of drilling cross hole, milling slots and other features, and threading. Ideal for complex featured components to complete in one step.

Horizontal Rotary Transfer Machines


NN Inc has two types of rotary transfer machines horizontal with 12 to 16 stations and vertical with up to 24 stations. Machines can either be bar fed or with blanks and can use hexagonal bars. Many types of shafts are made on Rotary transfer machines.

NN Inc. can reach the next level of tolerance accuracy with our micro-milling capabilities. Micro Milling is performance is a tightly climate-controlled room segregated for other production to eliminate outside environmental influences.

Machine have internal measurement capabilities combined with fixturing and our internal tool making knowledge allows us to meet the tightest tolerances.

Hard Turning


NN Inc. uses our Hard Turning capability to reduce the tolerance on diameters or qualify surfaces after heat treating.  Hard turning is used as a lower cost alternative to grinding or when a feature design prohibits griding.  It can be used for hardnesses up to 64 Hrc.

Hard turning is scalable to meet production needs. It can be used on ID, OD, and or a surface to remove heat treat distortion.
