Flat Disk
NN inc. Brainin produced precision flat burst disks are engineered to naturally dome under pressure and provide the tightest burst pressure tolerance in the industry. Parts can be supplied auto-loaded in color coded tubes to indicated burr direction to optimize assembly process productivity.
Cross Scored Disk
NN Inc. Brainin produces cross-scored disks designed for minimal downstream debris and predictable burst geometry. The disks are scored inline with the stamping process and are continually tested to ensure tight burst tolerance control.
Pre-Domed Disk
NN Inc. Brainin can produce pre-domed burst disks for assembly purposes or functional attributes. Pre-domed disks can be provided with consistently specified dimensions for diameter and height.
