Applications such as bearing rails and clutch sprags can be manufactured inexpensively using this process compared to precision machining alternatives. Our precision wire drawing process can achieve tolerances of up to +/- 0.005mm on critical dimensions.

Bearing Rail Wire
NN inc. can make custom profile wire used to manufacture bearing rails in precision slides. The tight tolerance capability of +/-0.005mm allow the rail profile to be optimized for bearing recirculation and other features. Rails can be delivered in bars or in discrete lengths.
